***Remember...if you have not yet set up an account with Home Banking, please click the "Enroll for Multi-Factor Authentication" link. When you first register, your PIN will be your full social security number. Also, when you type your PIN, you must click the keys with your mouse. Make sure that you are clicking on the actual number on the key, not just the key.
 Bill Pay (Now Free!!!)
1. After enrolling on Bill Pay, your account should be activated within 72 hours.
2. Your "passphrase" can be changed under the options menu, then "user options".
3. Please allow 7-10 days for payment to reach creditor when being sent for the first time, and 5-7 days there after.
4. To insure prompt and proper transmital of payment(s) please make sure that the name, address, and account number (if applicable) of the creditor is EXACTLY as it appears on the bill, statement, invoice, etc.
5. For any questions within the Bill Pay system, check the "Help" button. Please call if further assistance is needed.
