Bill Payment


• After enrolling in Bill Pay, your account should be activated within 72 hours.

• Your password can be changed under the options menu, then "user options".

• Please allow 7-10 days for payment to reach creditor when being sent for the first time, and 5-7 days thereafter.

• To insure prompt and proper transmittal of payment(s) please make sure that the name, address, and account number (if applicable) of the creditor is EXACTLY as it appears on the bill, statement, invoice, etc.

• For any questions within the Bill Pay system, check the "Help" button. Please call if further assistance is needed.
